Yardley school launches science initiative

Abrams Hebrew Academy launched a unique collaborative science curriculum with Technion-Israel Institute of Technology Friday by hosting the creator of the Snake Robot. He is associate professor Alon Wolf, founder and director of the Biorobotics and Biomechanics Lab at the Technion Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Haifa, Israel. Wolf presented a live demonstration of his Snake Robot to students at the school in Yardley. The invention has applications ranging from medical/surgical to search and rescue.
