ABRAMS HEBREW ACADEMY HAS BEEN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN NUMEROUS COMMUNITY EVENTS AND HAS TAKEN A LEADING ROLE IN HOSTING SOME OF THEM. THIS PROACTIVE APPROACH HIGHLIGHTS OUR STRONG COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, COMBATING ANTISEMITISM ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES, AND OUR UNWAVERING SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL.
Abrams Hebrew Academy hosted a special commemoration march to the Delaware River, followed by a program featuring Ariella Ruback, an IDF border lookout observer and survivor of the October 7 massacre. Also in attendance were two IDF soldiers who heroically saved her.
Ariella shared her powerful story ofcourage, friendship, resilience, and healing.

Abrams Hebrew Academy hosted a community event to show solidarity with Israel following the tragic events of October 7, 2024.
Sponsored by the Lubavitch of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and in partnership with Israel Bonds, the event featured a panel of distinguished speakers. Among them were Harriet Levin, mother of Lone Soldier Michael Levin, Jill Meltzer, Lindsay Chevlin, and the Mashiach family. They shared poignant insights and personal experiences, underscoring the significance of supporting Israel during these challenging times.
Abrams Hebrew Academy joined the March for Israel in Washington, D.C. on November 14, 2023. Abrams students, staff, families, and alumni gathered with 300,000 people to join their voices together in steadfast support of Israel and rallying for the release of the hostages.
The event, which included participation from the Bucks County community, was a meaningful experience for everyone involved. Am Yisrael Chai!
Abrams Hebrew Academy hosted a community program, “Fighting Antisemitism,” in collaboration with Israel Bonds.
The speakers were inspirational, and we want to thank Bella Ingber, Eyal Yakoby, Michael Batushansky, and Natalie Sanandaji for sharing their exceptional, brave, and impactful stories.
We are grateful for their willingness to speak out against antisemitism and their contributions to our event.
Rabbi Budow led a solidarity trip to Israel with the primary objective of strengthening community bonds by highlighting our connection to our heritage and our support for Israel.
This journey provided a unique opportunity to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Israel, celebrate our shared heritage, and reaffirm our commitment to our values. It was more than just a trip, it demonstrated our support for a cause that is close to our hearts.
Abrams Hebrew Academy hosted “The 7th Candle,” an event that delved into the connection between Yom Hashoah and the current realities of the conflict in Israel.
Guest speakers included Lieutenant Colonel Shlomi Meir and IDF Soldier Ariella Rubrack, who provided firsthand insight into the Israeli conflict. Both have served on the front line and shared personal accounts of their experiences.
Abrams Hebrew Academy marched to the Delaware River to demonstrate our unwavering support for Israel. It was a moving and memorable experience that showcased community spirit and solidarity with Israel. Students showd their pride by singing, dancing and waving flags as they walked down College Avenue.
It was great to have parents, grandparents, and community members join us. The Yardley Borough police escorted the group through the streets, and the community was very supportive.
